(SARASOTA,   Florida) -- Tiiiiiimes, they are a changin'.  Like the memorable lyrics to that song of not-so-long ago, Yarnall Records Management is proud to announce the launch of their all-new interactive website, complete with On-Line Data Management for their customers.  "This new platform gives our customers better access than ever before, while still maintaing the level of customer service that we're so proud of," says the Director of Operations, Mark Cole. 

Despite all the technological advances, Yarnall Records boasts that they're one of only a handful of LOCAL record storage companies still servicing southwest Florida.  Cole continued by saying, "When you call Yarnall Records (during regular business hours) you talk to people you know, people that you can come down to our office and speak to in person."  In fact, the Yarnall Companies recently held an open house at their 1590 East Avenue location.  The open house was to celebrate their 100th anniversary of business.

Now you can download several of Yarnall Records' forms directly from your computer!  Instead of calling our office and having the forms delivered, simply print out at your desk whenever you want.  (Make a copy of completed forms for your records.)  Don't know which forms are for what?  Here's a quick rundown:

NEW ITEM TRANSMITTAL---Use this for sending NEW boxes to storage
RETURN ITEMS FORM---Use this for returning files to storage
DESTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION FORM---Use this for sending un-stored boxes to Yarnall for destruction

Or if you prefer, create and save a similar-styled spreadsheet on your computer(s).  When you're ready to send records to Yarnall, input the data, call for a pickup, and email us a copy.
