Yarnall Records Management offers comprehensive storage & delivery solutions for your records.  Why waste valuable space in your office with files you rarely access?  Upon request, we'll provide you with all the necessary supplies, pick-up your records, and store them safely and securely in our 631,000 cubic feet of air-conditioned warehouse.  Our Bar Code Tracking Software can immediately access the status of any box or file in the warehouse.  Retrieved boxes or files create unique work orders that show when they were requested and by whom.  Our software offers protective defaults that prevent the mis-scans of information that could result in a lost file.  Vailidity checks in the system also ensure that all information associated with specific bar codes are uploaded correctly.  Your secrets are safe with us!

You can call or fax your orders in, or you can track and manage all your records on-line with our web server.  We offer courier services to pick up/deliver your records when you need them.  And for convenience, we have a dedicated conference room if you want to look through your files here on site.  And while most of our business comes from Sarasota & Manatee counties, we have packed, shipped, and trucked records all over the state of Florida.
