Q: How does my staff get started?
A: Upon account setup, we will prepare special bar-coded labels for your staff to affix to each box that is going into storage. You will also be given Transmittal Forms to fill out the descriptions for each box (or you can use an excel spreadsheet), all at no additional cost to you. Yarnall can also, upon request, provide custom double-corregated Yarnall Boxes. These boxes have extra strenth and rigidity to protect your files and offer signifigant savings over similar store-bought brands.
Q: Can Yarnall provide the labor to prepare my boxes for storage?
A: Yes! One or more members of the Record Storage staff can come to your place of business and prep your boxes, then take them to our storage facility.
Q: How does myself or a member of my staff order a file/box from storage?
A: You have several options: Email, Phone, Fax or use our Client Login from the web.
Q: Client Login? How does that work?
A: Yarnall will provide a secure Login and Password for your account. Once you're logged on, you can request any box or file that is in storage. You can also view invoices, work orders and inventory reports.*
*Some servers will not allow large volumes of information to be sent via the web--a data disk will be provided instead.
Q: How much does it cost to use the web server?
A: The web server is a free service we provide to our customers.
